I offer face-to-face and online consultations.
It is recommended that your first consultation takes place in person, while follow-up appointments can be conducted online for your convenience.
The initial consultation lasts around an hour and involves taking a comprehensive health history. This includes past and present medical conditions, family history, lifestyle and social factors, current medications and supplements, as well as diet and daily habits. Blood pressure and pulse may be recorded, and any relevant physical examinations performed if needed.
To help achieve the best possible outcomes, your treatment plan may combine herbal medicine with dietary and lifestyle recommendations. This holistic approach supports your body’s natural healing processes and enhances the effectiveness of treatment.
Follow-up consultations are arranged as needed to review progress, adjust remedies, and refine your plan — particularly for chronic or long-standing conditions that require ongoing support. As a general rule, the longer a condition has been present, the more time the body may need to regain balance and vitality.

Follow up consultation (45 min) – £40
CHILDREN (Age 0-16):
Initial consultation (60 min) – £45*
Follow up consultation (30 min) – £30
* This fee is for your first consultation only. You’ll only ever pay the follow-up fee for any future appointments, even if you return for a new concern months or years later.

Cancellation Charges
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a charge where the appointment slot cannot be re-filled.
Appointments are available on Mondays and Fridays (09:00-16:00) and ocassionally Saturdays.
